General Policy

All registration fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

By registering, families commit to participation and acknowledge that the league incurs upfront costs immediately, including but not limited to equipment, uniforms, insurance, field reservations, officials, and administrative expenses.

Why Fees Are Non-Refundable

Registration fees directly support league operations and are used well before the season begins. Because these costs are incurred regardless of individual participation, refunds cannot be issued once registration is complete.

This policy allows the league to:

• Secure fields and officials

• Order uniforms and equipment

• Maintain affordable registration costs

• Ensure consistent planning and scheduling

Withdrawals and Non-Participation

• No refunds will be issued for players who withdraw after registration.

• No refunds will be issued for missed practices or games.

• No refunds will be issued due to scheduling conflicts, team placement, coach assignment, or changes in personal circumstances.

• No refunds will be issued due to dissatisfaction with playing time or competitive outcomes.

Season Delays or Cancellations

In the event of season delays, shortened seasons, or cancellations due to weather, field availability, public health guidance, or other circumstances beyond the league’s control, refunds will not be issued.

The league will make reasonable efforts to adjust schedules or provide alternative opportunities when possible.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or credits may be considered only in rare and extraordinary circumstances, such as:

• Season-ending injury or medical condition (documentation may be required)

• League-initiated cancellation prior to the start of the season

Any approved exception is at the sole discretion of league administration and may be issued as a partial credit toward a future season, not a cash refund.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Families are encouraged to contact league administration directly with concerns. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of current or future participation until resolved.

By completing registration and submitting payment, families acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
